1.

23/00275/APP: Yes, drainage info and Moray Flood Risk Management (MFRM) consultation now public.

24/00248/APP: Yes, drainage info public now but no finalised consultation on file from MFRM, but note the case officer raised no objection on the matter in their Report of Handling.

24/01279/APP: Yes, Drainage Statement imbedded in Design Statement and Supporting Statement and MFRM consultation response public.

2. Drainage info and Moray Flood Risk Management information now made public again on the planning portal for the above applications. Please note that once an application has been determined, the publicised case contents are reduced down to the decision notice, report and plans. This is why the various documents were not publicly accessible.

3. Not applicable

4. All technical requirements with regards to infiltration testing and SuDS design are outlined within Moray Councils “Flood risk and Drainage Impact Assessment for new developments – Supplementary Guidance” - please see here: http://www.moray.gov.uk/downloads/file124411.PDF
