1. & 2. Not held. Please be advised that we do not issue PCNs, confiscate Blue Badges or investigate Blue Badge Misuse. Information that is not held falls under Section 17 of the Freedom of Information (Scotland) Act 2002 - Information not held.

Low numbers may lead to the identification of individuals, therefore this information is exempt under Section 38(1)(b) of the Freedom of Information (Scotland) Act 2002 - Personal Information. Any cases reported would be forwarded to internal audit team.
