FOI Request - Deprivation of Assets

I am writing to you under the Freedom of Information Act 2000 to request the following information from the council. Please may you provide me with:

1. The total number of investigations opened into "deprivation of assets", where someone deliberately reduces their assets in order to avoid paying care fees

a) I would like the data broken down for the last five years with a year-end date of 5 April or whichever year-end is most convenient.

b) If you cannot provide data for each of these years, then please provide data for the most recent three years.

2. The total number of complaints received about "deprivation of assets" decisions, where the council has decided someone deliberately reduced their assets in order to avoid paying care fees
