What was the exact start and what is the expected completion date of Roadworks on Fife Street, Dufftown, between Cowie Avenue and Mortlach Distillery? Are there specific "milestones" for different phases of the project?

As per our response to FOI 101003992946 http://www.moray.gov.uk/moray_standard/page_167395.html , there are no road works currently being undertaken at Fife Street, Dufftown.  The traffic management is in place to protect the retaining wall between the road and the houses to the south of the road from vehicle loading.

Regarding your request, the information is not held, therefore Section 17 of the Freedom of Information (Scotland) Act 2002 - Information not held - is applicable. 

In  order to be helpful we can confirm that the investigation into the potential instability of the retaining wall at Fife Street Dufftown is complete, but we are still waiting for the report, which is expected in a couple of weeks. This report should identify recommended actions to reduce the impact live traffic loading may have on the wall. Once the report has been received and reviewed we will be able to confirm what works will be progressed and identify funding.
