FOI Request - School Transport Contracts

Under the Freedom of Information (Scotland) Act 2002, I am writing to request the following information regarding school transport contracts.

1. A comprehensive breakdown of the last two council's school transport contract - showing the individual amounts awarded to each firm and any subcontractors for private hire, public hire, minibuses(including vehicles with more than 8 seats and coaches.

1. Commercial sensitivity prevents the Council releasing the data in the manner asked for, as in payments by each route; this information is therefore exempt under Section 33(1)(b) of the Freedom of Information (Scotland) Act 2002- Commercial Sensitivity.

However, aggregated data is already available from the Moray Council Contracts Register which is updated monthly. Please note, there is no subcontracting in the contract routes under discussion.
