1. Please provide the total amount of funding provided by the Home Office to Moray Council under Asylum Grant 395 for each of the last ten financial years, from 2015/16 to 2024/25 inclusive. If the grant did not exist or no payments were made in certain years, please indicate this clearly.

If possible, please break down the figures by financial year and include details of how the payments were calculated (e.g., based on bed spaces or other metrics).

1. Not held.Nno funding received. Information that is not held falls under Section 17 of the Freedom of Information (Scotland) Act 2002 - Information not held.

We have never received funding for adult asylum seekers; all costs were paid directly by the Home Office. We do receive funding for Unaccompanied Asylum Seeking Children; however, UASC funding does not fall under Grant 395.
