FOI Request - Road Maintenace Costs and/or Potholes

I am writing to you to request the following information.

1) Any correspondence with Cosla and/or the Scottish Government on the topic of road maintenance costs and/or potholes, and on the topic of escalating costs and financial pressures relating to the costs of maintaining roads or fixing potholes.

2) The latest version of the Scottish Road Maintenance Conditions Survery held by the council for its road network.
