1. How much money has been spent on repairs to council homes after the end of a tenancy in order to re-let the property?

2. How much money in energy debt (electric/gas) has been left over from a previous tenant in a council property and how much of this has been written off, paid by the council or paid by the tenant who owed the money (please show these figures separately)
