1. Where EPC ratings are subsequently found to be inaccurate or are replaced, what process is in place to review whether rent has been calculated correctly during the period in which the inaccurate EPC was relied upon?

2. Whether any retrospective adjustment is considered where a property’s EPC rating is found to have been overstated at the time rent was set

3. How the Council satisfies itself that rent-setting decisions are accurate, given that EPC data is confirmed as externally provided and no internal QA or verification process is in place
