1. Any recorded assault incidents involving Moray Council staff, premises, or services during January 2018.

2. This should include incidents reported internally, to Police Scotland, or through any Council reporting system.

3. For each incident, please provide the date, location, nature of the assault, and whether it involved staff, service users, or members of the public.

In addition, please provide:

4. The Council’s internal procedures, policies, or guidance documents in place during January 2018 for reporting, recording, and responding to assault incidents involving staff or service users.

5. Any changes to these procedures since that date, if applicable.
