1. I would like to request the following information relating to the Scotland Loves Local Moray Gift Card programme operated in partnership with Miconex and supported by Moray Council. Please can you provide:
a) The total financial investment made by Moray Council into the Moray Gift Card programme for each financial year since its inception.
b) Details of any funding agreements, contracts, grants, sponsorship arrangements or other financial commitments made by Moray Council in relation to the programme.
c) The total value of Moray Council purchases of Moray Gift Cards for staff, residents, community initiatives, cost of living support schemes, rewards, incentives or any other purpose, broken down by financial year.
d) The number of participating businesses registered with the Moray Gift Card scheme for each year since launch.
e) The total value of Moray Gift Card sales for each year since launch.
f) Details of any marketing, promotional or business engagement expenditure incurred by Moray Council in support of the programme, broken down by year where available.
g) Copies of any current agreements between Moray Council and Miconex relating to the operation or promotion of the Moray Gift Card programme.
