1. I would like to find out how many employees have had to contact the payroll department due to the constant problems with accessing payslips.

a) How many employees does the council have?

b) How many of these have had to contact payroll due to problems accessing to view their payslips in March, April and May?

c) How many staffing hours has been spent on trying to help employees navigate the system to access their payslip?
