1. The following planning application was approved by Moray Council in August, 2013 - 13/01391/APP, install a water level sensor a stream river monitoring camera a solar panel and signal box at Garmouth Viaduct Garmouth Moray. As this was to monitor the flow and direction of flow at the River Spey, under the Freedom of Information legislation, can you please provide me with data recordings from this equipment for the 18 months prior to 14 December 2025, the date on which part of the viaduct collapsed.
