FOI Request - Transgender and LGBTQ+ Themed Book Reading Events in Moray Council Libraries

I am writing to request information under the Freedom of Information (Scotland) Act 2002.

Please provide the following information:

1. How many events involving transgender or LGBTQ+ themed book readings for children have taken place in Moray Council libraries since 1 January 2020? Please break this down by year and by library location (including the 10 June 2023 event at Elgin Library).

2. For each event held since 1 January 2020, please provide:
a) The date and location of the event
b) Who organised or hosted the event
c) The show name or description of the performer/reader (if publicly available)

3. What was the total cost to the council for these events since 1 January 2020? Please include any payments made to performers, venue costs, or other associated expenses. Please break this down by year where possible.

4. Does Moray Council have any policy, guidance, or approval process for hosting transgender or LGBTQ+ themed events aimed at children in public libraries?

5. Does the council record the specific books or titles used in these events?
