Please provide the following information:
1. Confirm whether Moray Council (or its library service) received the 2023 CILIP “Managing safe and inclusive public library services” guide.

If yes, please provide the date it was received and any internal circulation or awareness-raising that took place.
2. Has the 2023 CILIP guide been adopted or used to inform policy, guidance, or practice for children’s events in Moray libraries?

If yes, please provide a summary of how it has been implemented.
3. Has Moray Council or its library service promoted, supported, or facilitated Drag Queen Storytime (or similar drag-themed storytelling events) in line with the 2023 CILIP guide?

If yes, please provide details including dates, locations, and any records of such events since 1 January 2020 (including the 10 June 2023 event at Elgin Library).
4. What training, guidance, or briefing has been provided to library staff regarding the 2023 CILIP guide and/or Drag Queen Storytime events?
