FOI Request - EIR Reinforced Concrete Half-Joint Bridges

I would be grateful if you could confirm whether your authority owns or maintains any RC half-joint bridges. If so, please provide the following information for each structure:

Part A

1. Structure Name
2. OS grid reference or coordinates
3. Number of Half Joints (if known)
4. Road Designation (e.g. A-road, B-road, unclassified)
5. Year opened or constructed (if known)

Part B

6. Please state whether a formal structural assessment has been carried out for the structure, and if so, please state the specific Assessment Standard used (CS 466, BA 39/93, etc.)
7. Please list which structures have an assessment rating of less than 44 tonnes and state the rating for each (if a formal assessment has been carried out).
7.1. Of those, please indicate which have been formally classified as substandard under CS 470 or its predecessor BD 79/13.

Part C

With respect to ONLY those structures formally classified as substandard in accordance with CS 470 or BD 79/13:

8. Please list which structures are currently closed.
8.1. Please list which structures are subject to a weight restriction and state the restriction value in tonnes for each.
8.2. Please list which structures are subject to a structural monitoring programme.
8.3. Please list which structures are subject to other mitigation measures, and describe the measures applied to each.
8.4. Please list which structures have previously been structurally strengthened.
8.5. Please list which structures have no mitigation measures currently in place despite being classified as substandard.
9. Have you identified any RC half-joint bridges with specific defects that have resulted in an enhanced monitoring regime? YES/NO
