Please provide the following information relating to Blue Badge applications.

1. For each financial year from 2018-19 to the most recent year available, please provide the proportion of Blue Badge applications that stated a nominated driver whose relationship to the applicant was not an immediate family member (defined for the purposes of this request as a son, daughter, brother, sister, mother or father).

2. If proportions are not held, please provide the underlying figures from which the proportion can be calculated.
