Please provide the following:

1. Whether the charitable organisation known as 'Planning Aid Scotland' was commissioned / instructed by the Council to provide training workshops / seminars to community councils and / or other groups / organisations to assist in their engagement with, and participation in, the preparation of any Main Issues Report / Local Development Plans since 2009?

a) If so, the details of the number of training workshops / seminars etc for each LDP prepared?

b) If so, the financial cost to the Council of the above work commissioned to Planning Aid Scotland.
