Under the Freedom of Information (Scotland) Act 2002, I would like to request the following information from your Council:

1.The number of schools with a secondary department.

2. Since 1 January 2024, the number of schools with a secondary department that have recorded at least one incident involving AI generated sexual content affecting pupils or staff.

3. Since 1 January 2024, the number of schools with a secondary department that have recorded at least one incident involving AI generated harassment or bullying of pupils or staff.

4. Since 1 January 2024, the total number of recorded incidents involving AI-generated sexual content affecting pupils or staff across all schools with a secondary department.

5. Since 1 January 2024, the total number of recorded incidents involving AI-generated bullying or harassment affecting pupils or staff across all schools with a secondary department.
