a) Whether the published Kinship Care Allowance rates remain current.
b) The current Kinship Care Allowance rates paid by Moray Council.
c) Whether eligible kinship carers currently receive at least the Scottish Recommended Allowance.
d) The current status of the updated Kinship Care Policy and, if available, please provide a copy or a link.
e) If the updated policy has not yet been published, whether the Council intends to publish it and, if so, when this is expected.
