1. I am writing to make a formal request under the Freedom of Information (Scotland) Act 2002 for the traffic monitoring data recently collected on the A990 on and around the 20th May 2026. Specifically, I am requesting the full, unredacted raw datasets and summary reports generated by the Automatic Traffic Counter (ATC) / pneumatic road tube survey carried out on the A990 (Portgordon Road to Buckie). Please provide the detailed data breakdown, including:

a) Speed Data: The absolute maximum (top) speeds recorded, along with the standard speed bins, mean speeds, and 85th percentile figures.

b) Volume Data: The total traffic count (vehicle volumes) broken down by day, hour, and traffic direction.

c) Vehicle Classification: The breakdown of vehicle types captured (e.g., cars, LGVs, HGVs).
