FOI Request - Maladministration and Reviews, Investigations and / or Injuries

Under the Freedom of Information (Scotland) Act 2002, I would like to request information about maladministration and reviews, investigations and/or inquiries.

1. Provide a chronological list of all findings of maladministration under section 5 of the Local Government and Housing Act 1989

2. Provide a list of all reports to elected members about relevant findings of maladministration

3. Provide a chronological list of all reviews, investigations and/or inquiries

4. Where relevant, state which reviews, investigations and/or inquiries were handled internally or handled by an independent body - if so, provide details of the independent body

5. Provide a list of all reports to elected members about relevant findings of reviews, investigations and/or inquiries
