EIR Request - EIR Rock/Boulder Berm, North Beach, Findhorn

Under the Freedom of Information (Scotland) Act 2002, please provide all information held by Moray Council relating to the rock/boulder berm on the seaward side of North Beach, Findhorn,

Specifically, I would like:

1. Any records showing this berm to be an authorised, permitted, or engineered coastal defence or flood protection structure.
2. Any construction, maintenance, or inspection records for the berm, from any date, held by Roads and Infrastructure or any other department.
3. Any correspondence, reports, or internal communications regarding the origin, ownership, or provenance of the berm material.
4. Any records of it being adopted, inspected, or managed by the Council as a flood defence asset.
