1. Please provide the following data relating to residential building works excluding garages for the period 1 July 2024 to 1 July 2026. Applications Received - The total number of applications submitted for:

a) Construction of new residential buildings

b) Extensions to residential buildings

For clarity, please exclude any applications where the primary works relate to standalone garages or garage conversions.

2. Building Warrants Issued - Of the applications received during this period how many resulted in a building warrant being issued to date.

3. Average Processing Time - For applications where a building warrant was issued - The average time (in days) between the date of application submission and the date the building warrant was issued.
