Requested Information from 1st April 2025 to the present date:


I request copies of all correspondence, emails, meeting agendas, meeting minutes, handwritten notes, telephone call logs, and internal memos concerning any advice, assistance, coordination, or offer of council support regarding the eviction process provided by the Council to the FCA SCIO regarding the removal, exclusion, or eviction of volunteers, plot holders, or community members.

To ensure a comprehensive search, please retrieve records held by:

1. The Estates / Corporate Property Department (regarding lease enforcement, site management, or variations allowing exclusion).

2. The Community Support Unit / Community Engagement teams (regarding operational decisions, community disputes, or physical access changes).

3. The Legal Services Department (specifically regarding any non-privileged operational advice or correspondence exchanged with the charity's trustees or representatives).

4. The elected Ward Councillors for Forres, as well as any Council Committee Chairs relevant to the departments listed above.
