EIR Request - Council Involvement with FCA re Eviction

This request is made under the Freedom of Information (Scotland) Act 2002 (FOISA) and, where applicable regarding land use, the Environmental Information (Scotland) Regulations 2004 (EIRs).

Please provide the following:

1. Submitted Complaints Handling: All internal Council correspondence, emails, memos, notes and entries regarding complaints submitted to the Council concerning the governance, constitutional breaches, or management of the Bogton Road allotment site by the FCA SCIO.

2. Eviction Advice and Support: All records, emails, legal memos, and file notes detailing any advice, administrative support, or guidance provided by Moray Council officers to the Trustees or representatives of the FCA SCIO regarding the eviction or removal of plot holders from the site.

3. Telephone Connection Logs: Metadata records (including dates, times, and durations) of telephone calls between Council officers ( Estates, Legal Services Department, CSU, elected Ward 8 Councillors and any Council Committee Chairs relevant to the depts. listed here above) and the FCA SCIO trustees regarding these matters.

4. Assistance & Funding: Details of any financial grants, subsidies, internal or external legal support, external advice, or administrative assistance provided by Moray Council to the FCA SCIO.
