Please could you provide the following data about child protection Inter-agency Referral Discussions (IRDs) in your local authority area from the last 3 years:

(a) On a monthly or quarterly basis, how many IRDs were initiated in each period?

(b) On a monthly or quarterly basis, how many Child Protection Planning Meetings (or equivalent) were held in each period?

(c) If possible, how many of the Child Protection Planning Meetings were held (1) as a result of IRD vs (2) for any other reason.
