When your organisation is considering its view of a Section 36 planning application prior to advising Scottish Ministers of that view, does it permit third parties to speak at the relevant public meeting?

If you have any guidelines on this a copy would be much appreciated.

We are a consultee as a Council and although constituents would be invited to write to their councillor and express their views or write to all councillors we would not permit people to present their views at the Committee.
