Please can you tell me what type of reference The Moray Council would provide to the prospective employer of a person that used to work at the council? Would this be a factual reference pertaining to such things as dates of employment and job title, or do the council provide references discussing sickness and conduct, for example?

The Moray Council will provide a factual reference providing dates of employment, job title and nature of the position.  We do not provide a sickness absence record.
