With regard to Council Tax and Council Tax Reduction claims I am looking for, for the past 3 financial years (or up to 1 March 2017):
•The number of Council Tax accounts in arrears
•The number of Number of accounts with uncollected Council Tax with a live Council Tax Reduction Claim
•The amount Amount of Council Tax uncollected
• Amount of Council Tax uncollected (at the end of the financial year, or 1 March 2017) from accounts that have a live Council Tax Reduction Claim (at the end of the financial year, or 1 March 2017)
