With regard to money advice services (including ‘welfare rights’ or ‘income maximisation’) and their work in 15-16 and this financial year (16-17) I am looking for the:

•Total number of number of in house and externally-funded money advice providers
•The staffing at those in house and externally-funded advice providers (by FTE and headcount)
•Total sum of funding for those in house and externally-funded advice services
•Total contacts and new clients to those in house and externally-funded advice services

External Service

Annual grant to external service - £139,209 (both years). This funding covers a wide range of advice over and above money advice. We do not hold information on staffing devoted to money advice in the external agency, or number of money advice clients or contacts
