Request to have copies of 2 letters- withheld by neighbour- as mentioned in letter (to requester) dated 21 April 2016 from Mr W G Findlay Community Safety Officer.

This information is exempt under section 36(2) of the Freedom of Information (Scotland) Act 2002- Confidentiality. By disclosing this information we would be breaching the confidence of the neighbour. 

It should be noted that one of the letters was from Scottish Water who can also be contacted to release information under the Freedom of Information (Scotland) Act therefore we suggest the requester may apply directly to Scottish Water who may be able to assist in this request.
