Response 03-04-2017

1.1 Sharebird (Sharepoint is bought in and Sharebird is a tweaked version of Sharepoint)

1.2 Recruitment & On-boarding and Off-boarding – Lumesse Talentlink version 17.1

1.3 Disciplinary & Grievance process – Microsoft 2010

1.4 Sickness & Absence process - Employee Portal which is an in-house system but will eventually use employee self service and payroll bits on iTrent

1.5 Leave management – Microsoft (2010)

1.6 Performance & Learning – Learnpro Council (online)

1.7 Payroll – currently in process of moving onto new system iTrent (from Midland HR)

2/  As per workforce profiling, there were 4911 employees as at 1 November 2016, and 4959 as at 1 November 2015.

3/ Turnover statistics used for workforce profiling for the year to 1 November 2016 showed 380 leavers and an annual turnover of 8%.

4/ There were 7 in 2016 and 6 in 2015.

5/ We do not report sickness absence in this way, but workforce profiling figures as at 1 November 2016 show an absence statistic of 4.52%.

6/ There were 31 in 2016 and 22 in 2015.
