I would like to make a Freedom of Information request for information contained in any discussions or communications between Moray Council and Advance Construction (Scotland) Ltd in relation to contracts, type of contracts and value, and any allegations or reports made to the Council against Advance Construction (Scotland) Ltd in the past three years.

Moray Council has had no dealings with this company and there are no records in relation to this, therefore this information is exempt under Section 17 of the Freedom of Information (Scotland) Act 2002- Information Not Held.
