Please would you arrange for a review of the council¹s response on the basis that Moray has previously supplied this data in response to identical requests in the past and also that it is impossible to identify any individual from this data?
Following your request for a review of our response to the FOI you submitted, 101001488458 a review meeting was held at the council offices on 13th June 2017. In attendance were the Records and Heritage Manager, Senior Solicitor, HR Manager and HR Admin Team Leader and the Information Coordinator.
Your review request was discussed and it was agreed that the Council’s original decision is partially upheld. Part 1 of the request, the request for the number of employees currently suspended on full pay, will now be released. The answer is: One.
Part 2 of the request, the salary information for the individual above, which was withheld in response to your original request, remains exempted under Section 38(1)(b) of the Freedom of Information (Scotland) Act 2002; Personal Information, where disclosure of this information could identify the individual concerned.
