FOI Request Housing (Scotland) Acts 1987 and 2006
We would like to (and hereby do) make an Information Request that we be provided with all information collected by you pursuant to your statutory duty under the Housing (Scotland) Act 1987 and Housing (Scotland) Act 2006 and subsequently contained within all Notices/Orders that have been:
(2) remain extant,
(3) Complied with, and
(4) Complied with but have invoices pending in respect of works carried out by or on behalf of your council,
during the period 19th Jan 2017 to the 3rd July 2017, under or pursuant to Sections 3, 5, 33, 35, 38, 146 and 148 of the Housing (Scotland) Act 2006 which information would form part of any PEC issued by the Council were one to be issued.
The Environmental Health Section has made a number of closing orders and demolition orders in terms of Sections 114 and 115 respectively of the Housing (Scotland) Act 1987. Details of these closing orders and demolition orders can be found on the Housing Orders Register available on the Council’s website. No other notices or orders referred to in this request were issued between 19.1.17 and 3.7.17 and there were also no monies owed or invoices pending on 3.7.17.
