Bilbohall Strategic Masterplan

A masterplan is being prepared for land identified in the Moray Local Development Plan 2015 (LDP) for residential development. The masterplan sets out the shape and form that development will take and will inform future planning applications. Around 370 homes are being planned for with a large element being affordable.

The masterplan is being prepared by the Bilbohall Consortium comprising of the Moray Council, Grampian Housing Association and Scotia Homes. The Consortium has appointed consultants, Optimised Environments (OPEN) and Knight Frank to prepare the masterplan on their behalf. The consultants are holding a public exhibition on 1 November, 2-8pm at Moray College, Alexander Graham Bell Centre, Elgin to seek the public’s views on the options (including the preferred option) for the draft masterplan for Bilbohall.  The information can be viewed on OPEN’s website at op-en.box.com/v/Bilbohall and comments can be submitted online to Malcolm Campbell at Malcolm.campbell@knightfrank.com or by post to Malcolm Campbell, Knight Frank LLP, 4 Albert Street, Aberdeen, AB25 1XQ by 17 November.

Comments received will inform the draft masterplan which will be presented to the Planning & Regulatory Services Committee of Moray Council in early 2018.
