FOI Request Cost of School Transport

I am writing to you under the Freedom of Information (Scotland) Act 2002 to request the following information on school transport services in your local authority area:

• Please provide any and all information, data or analysis the Council has regarding the total cost for school transport for the local authority areas for each of the past five years.
• If possible, please can you provide the information above broken down by mode of transport (ie. Bus, Taxi, etcetera).
• Please can you also provide any and all information, data or analysis the Council has regarding the total number of pupils using free and paid school transport in the local authority areas for each of the past five years.
• If possible, please can you provide the information above broken down by mode of transport (ie. Bus, Taxi, etcetera).

Please provide all information held relating to the above request, including but not exclusively all information held in the following formats: email, internal messaging, hardcopy, letter, file, report, graphic, publication, hand written notes, typed notes, minutes, transcript, website and social media.

?  The Council has no information on any fare paying pupils in Moray. Any paid fares for school transport would be at parental whim. The breakdown only covers pupils in receipt of entitled home to school transport.

? The school transport database is live, with pupils added, deleted or details amended on need daily. Figures attached indicate the total at today - Bus 2228  Taxi 360
