Can you tell me how many people have made compensation claims to Moray council for any type of accident they may have had which they think could be the council’s responsibility?
Could you break this done for the last five years?
And could you break it down into types of accidents, such as tripping in uneven pavements, or any other type of incident.
Could you also, is applicable, give figures on how much was paid out in compensation for these claims?
