Moray Council Disabled Persons' Parking Places Order 2025
It is proposed to introduce a new Traffic Regulation Order which will have the effect of updating the existing Road Traffic Regulation Order in line with the current requirements. This will make a number of existing on street advisory Disabled Parking Places enforceable as well as Disabled Parking Places at some public buildings throughout the Moray area and ensure that the abuse of Disabled Parking Places is reduced. The Order is as specified in the Northern Scot on 21/11/2025, the Banffshire Herald and the Banffshire Advertiser on 18/11/2025 and the Forres Gazette on 19/11/2025
