FOI Request - Speymouth Viaduct

With regards to Speymouth Viaduct, the disused railway structure over the Spey near Garmouth (NJ345641), can you please provide the following:

1. all visual inspection and detailed examination reports from the period 2010-2025

2. all other reports/studies etc into management options for the structure

3. all reports relating to scour and scour risk around the structure

4. details/records of all repairs carried out to the structure over the period 2010-2025.

Please note, an informal scour inspection was carried out in 2023 by external consultant - not held. Information that is not held falls under Section 17 of the Freedom of Information (Scotland) Act 2002 - Information not held.

4. In 2015 timber baulks and deck boards were replaced.
In 2025 some deck boards were tightened with replacement screws.
