Non-compliance with the accessibility regulations
Some of our PDFs.
- In some of our PDF documents, headings are not specified. This fails WCAG success criterion 1.3.1.
- The document is missing a language definition. This fails WCAG success criterion 3.1.1.
- The image has no alternative presentation. This fails WCAG success criterion 1.1.1
- Some image has no text alternative presentation, so screen reader cannot access the information. This fails WCAG success criterion 1.1.1 (non-text content).
Newsroom
- Some of the related news article images are not accessible due to text imbeded. This fails WCAG success criterion 1.4.5
- The keyboard focus is not visible on the featured news article image . This fails WCAG success criterion WCAG 2.4.7
Myaccount
- The myaccount logo is not accessible due to text imbeded into the image. This fails WCAG success criterion WCAG 1.4.5
- The parents role not present: menu, menubar for the menuitem role under the Passkey section. This fails WCAG success criterion WCAG 1.3.1
We plan to add text alternatives for all images by the end of 2026.
