Some of our PDFs.

  • In some of our PDF documents, headings are not specified. This fails WCAG  success criterion 1.3.1.
  • The document is missing a language definition. This fails WCAG success criterion 3.1.1.
  • The image has no alternative presentation. This fails WCAG success criterion 1.1.1
  • Some image has no text alternative presentation, so screen reader cannot access the information. This fails WCAG success criterion 1.1.1 (non-text content).

We plan to add text alternatives for all images by the end of 2026.

When we publish new content we’ll make sure our use of images meets accessibility standards.
