Under the provision of the Freedom of Information (Scotland) Act 2002 Homes for Scotland is seeking clarity on whether the Council has gathered, spent, or secured future developer contributions associated with housing proposals for the following categories::

• Affordable Housing
• Transport interventions
• Education provision
• Healthcare provision
• Public Art
• Blue Green Infrastructure/Open Space
• Community facilities

For each of applicable contribution categories to the Council area can you please clarify the following for each type of contribution:

1. The total amount of funds gathered and held by the Planning Authority as at 31 March 2026 through Section 75 legal agreement planning obligations.

2. Detail of how long these contributions have been held (as at 31 March 2026) based on the following time periods:

a)Less than one year
b) 2-5 years
c) 5-10 years
d) 11-16 years
e) 16-20 years

3. The total amount of funds that have been committed to mitigate specific contribution requirements through Section 75 planning obligations since 1 April 2006 but have not yet been gathered by the Local Authority.

4. The total amount of Section 75 planning obligation funds spent by the Council per annum since 1 April 2006 - broken down by the following time periods:

a) 2006-2010
b) 2011-2015
c) 2016-2020
d) 2021-2026

5. The total amount of Section 75 planning obligations returned to developers per annum since 1 April 2006 - broken down by the following time periods:

a) 2006-2010
b) 2011-2015
c) 2016-2020
d) 2021-2026
