Committee Services
The business of the Council is administered by Committee Services. The Council meets both as a whole Council in the Council Chamber, and in Committees. The Committee Services Officers produce the report or minute of proceedings. They record all decisions taken in the Minutes of Proceedings of all meetings, both of the Council and of Committees. They also provide procedural advice to the respective Committee Chairs.
