Patient in Hospital / Nursing Home

If an adult (i.e. a person aged 18 years or over) resident in your property is now a patient in a hospital, residential or nursing home, a reduction may be granted.

To qualify, the patient must be resident in the hospital or home:
• indefinitely or permanently - this may result in an award of exemption.
