Moray Training, part of The Moray Council's Environmental Services' Development & Planning Division, is based at The Ashgrove
Depot, Elgin.
We develop, deliver and monitor training as well as accredited qualifications to individuals on placements and employment
within The Moray Council and local businesses.

Our Aims
- Provide quality training to nationally recognised qualifications for clients either unemployed or employed.
- Develop customised training and accredited qualifications for council departments, local businesses and those individuals
participating on Jobcentreplus or Local Enterprise training schemes.
- Provide appropriate training and development for staff through a variety of means and supporting staff through their development.
- Equip the unemployed to compete in the market for jobs.
- Complete environmental projects undertaken by training squads to the highest possible standards.
- Assist the council to meet the labour market targets for the Moray area.
