The central reference library is at Elgin providing:

• Regional reference and information services
• Study spaces
• Newspapers and magazines
  

Area libraries carry a selection of reference material and newspapers and part-time libraries carry a core collection of quick reference sources.

Online Reference Services

Many reference sources are available online through the computers in all of our libraries.  Internet access is free.

These reference sources can also be accessed on the web from home or work if you are a library member.  If you are not a member you can join online or at any Moray library.

These subscription-based resoures are only free to library members.
