Members of the European Parliament	The European Parliament is the directly elected parliamentary body of the European Union elected by citizens of the EU. It reviews legislative proposals and consults on issues proposed by the European Commission. Moray is represented by MEPs in the Scottish Region
Member of UK Westminster Parliament (MP)	The UK public elects Members of Parliament (MPs) to represent their interests and concerns in the House of Commons within a constituency. MPs are involved in considering and proposing new laws, and can ask government ministers questions about current issues. Moray Council area is covered by the Moray Constituency. The current MP for Moray is Angus Robertson - SNP other MP's can be found here.
Member of Scottish Parliament (MSP)	MSPs represent the people of Scotland in their constituency on matters that can be decided by the Scottish Parliament. These devolved matters include education, transport, planning, agriculture, tourism, health and the environment. Moray Council area is split between Moray Constituency and Gordon Constituency. The current MSP for Moray is Richard Lochhead MSP. The current MSP for Banffshire and Buchan Coast (East Moray incl. Buckie) is Stewart Stevenson MSP. Moray is also in the Highland and Islands Region and there are 7 List MSP's which cover Moray.
Local Councillors for Moray	Local Government Councillors represent their ward at The Moray Council serving the community and local people's interest, participating in committees and they also scrutinise council policies and activities in delivering public services.
