To apply for a council house in Moray, you will need to register and create a Housing Online account.

Vacant properties will only be advertised on this page if there’s no-one on our waiting list that the property would be suitable for.

Sheltered housing is normally suited to older people but may be available to younger households in need of support. Tenants will receive a daily visit from one of our sheltered wardens, who are available during the day to check on the welfare of residents and will be called on in case of an emergency.
