Moray Local Development Plan 2020
Moray Council is in the process of preparing the Moray Local Development Plan 2020 which, when adopted, will replace the Moray Local Development Plan 2015. The first stage of preparing the new Plan is the production of a Main Issues Report (MIR), which sets out what the Council considers to be the main land use issues facing Moray in the next 10-15 years and identifies preferred locations for new houses, businesses and other land uses and identifies improvements required to local infrastructure to support development. The Main Issues Report and supporting documents can be found at the bottom of this page.
A series of drop in exhibitions were held across Moray in January, February and March. These all now taken place.
